A plain-language summary of current processing.
Sole purpose: sending launch notifications by email to anyone who subscribes via the download-page form. No other processing.
Providing data is voluntary. The consequence of not providing an email is the inability to subscribe to launch notifications.
Consent of the data subject, given by ticking the checkbox and submitting the subscription form (art. 6.1.a GDPR; art. 6 LOPDGDD).
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Data is kept for as long as the person remains subscribed to the mailing list. There is no maximum retention period: data is held until the data subject requests cancellation, at which point it is deleted immediately.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right not to be subject to automated decisions (arts. 15–22 GDPR; LOPDGDD). To exercise them: write to [email protected].
No automated decisions are made and no profiling is performed.
You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Data is not shared with third parties, but is processed by the following data processors, with whom a data-processing agreement has been signed:
Mailing-list storage (Supabase Inc.) is performed in a region within the European Economic Area, so it does not constitute an international data transfer.
Website hosting (Vercel Inc.) is provided by an entity established in the United States, which constitutes an international data transfer. Vercel Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework: https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/participant/11300.
Anti-bot verification (Cloudflare, Inc.) is provided by an entity established in the United States, which constitutes an international data transfer. It is performed under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare, Inc. is certified: https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/participant/1030. You may request a copy of the appropriate safeguards by writing to [email protected].
Each notification email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe by writing to [email protected] from the subscribed address.

No Data Protection Officer has been appointed as it is not required under Article 34 of the LOPDGDD. Requests are handled at the email address above.
